Disassembly is the starting point of paint work. Full disassembly and many hours of body prep are typlically the foundation of good paint work.
We are often asked “how much to paint my car”. The application of paint is a small yet very important part of the process. A good paint job first requires the full disassembly of the exterior trim. A good paint job requires careful attention in the sanding and preparation process. This can mean hand block-sanding the surface as opposed to the much easier sanding with air tools. Even the masking process is seldom considered but is critical to a quality end product and project cost.
Proper finishd results with paint includes disassebly and many hours of body prep work.
Although we did not do the full build, we did the metal work; including shaping and fitting all body panels to all the body. We did prep work and of course the two tone paint job. It is very nice to see this wonderful car completed.
This custom design is completly done with air brush work.
We have done many vans for Sentinel Storage. They use them in the major Canadain cities in which they have a facility. Each van is different yet the English Bobby is always present.
