The rendering is a great visual during the build.

This is where is the original truck. 

As with most projects that we build for our customers, the choice is often to keep the exterior close to the original look.

For this customer the truck underneath will have an ultra-modern Roadster Shop Full Chassis (suspension-steering, brakes).  We show some of the work in the following pictures.

From the front to the back of this truck modifications and fabricatins are evident.

The work here includes accommodating the front grill assembly. 

Fender work to make a two piece fender into a one piece.

Fabrication, test fitting and design modifications are continious with this build. 

Repair and fabrication work on doors.

Rust repaired-metal work done and now ready for body work. 

Body work on major panels.

These are the actually rims for the build. 

The truck is mocked up and will be shown in bare metal at a local car event -World of Wheels Edmonton. 

Panels are hung for primer application. 

The body and hood are in the second booth for prime application. 

The darker green for the fenders and running boards will offset the lighter green of the box and cab.

Roadster Shop IFS Revo Chassis. 

We will have it powder coated.

We had the the Roadster Shop Revo IFS powder coated. 

The back end is almost ready for the box to be mounted. 

Engine and associated parts being assembled on the frame.

At this point the wheels get mounted which certainly helps with moving the truck.

We continue work for running the brake lines.

Assembly work

Our customer wanted his truck color to be reminisant of its original time period. 

Much design, fabrication and assembly work has been done to build this custom interior. 

This truck has an old school feel yet the interior sports modern gauges, beautiful leather seats, custom kick panels, and snug fitting door panels.

Hand done Ford emblem for the tailgate. Yes it is old school original Gold Flake. Joey couldn't resist.

The little touches, like the hand painted work on the tailgate really add up on a build like this one.
